- Prepare potatoes:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges. You can use them with or without the skin.

Place the potato wedges in the bowl and mix well with the oil-garlic mixture so that all wedges are well covered.

Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure they are in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until crispy and golden brown, turning once halfway through to ensure even browning.
- Serve:
After baking, garnish the potato wedges with fresh parsley and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
