Breakfast cake with oatmeal and bananas

  1. Prepare the oven:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking pan or line it with baking paper.

  1. Mash bananas:

Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl with a fork until smooth and creamy.

  1. Mix all ingredients:

Add the eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

Add the oat flakes and baking powder and mix everything into a smooth dough. Optionally, you can stir in nuts, chocolate or fruit.

Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out.

Bake the cake for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool and cut into pieces. It is perfect for breakfast or a snack and can be enjoyed warm or cold.
